Affiliate Members|
As an Affiliate Member you can purchase our mortgage leads at COST. To become a member you must contract through us to one or more of our industry leading insurance carriers. Membership entitles you to full access to our support staff and our many resources that will assist you in working our Mortgage Lead System. Members can purchase leads at a cost of $550 per 1,000 mailed as long as you are producing business on a monthly basis using our insurance carriers. This price includes data, printing and mailing of your leads. The returned leads will be forwarded to you, the same day we receive them, via e-mail or fax. The leads you purchase from us are exclusive to you. We do not sell or mail this data for any other agent. We are not a lead company, our system is for the sole benefit of our Member Agents.

| Non-Members can also participate in our
mortgage lead program. Non-Members will not have access to the
support and resources that we have available to Affiliate
Members.
Non-Members can purchase leads at a cost of $695 per 1,000 mailed. This price includes data, printing and mailing of your leads. The returned leads will be forwarded to you via e-mail or fax.

| We have access to New Homeowner
data, Re-Financed homeowner and older data
(over 1 year old).
You can customize our system to meet your specific needs. We can pull your data by county, zip codes or a combination of the two. You can also set the criteria for your data. For example you might request only mortgage amounts of $150,000 and above. You may also request an explicit range, let's say mortgage amounts between $ 50,000 to $ 400,000 for example
